How does SweatBlock work?
SweatBlock is a liquid formula, soaked on a pad. Each week before going to bed, you open one of the pouches and apply the disposable pad, dabbing (not rubbing) thoroughly under the arm. Allow to air dry for a few minutes, and then go to bed.

During the night when your sweat glands are less active, SweatBlock will form a chemical block in your sweat glands that will last a week. It will not wash off, it does not
leave a film, and you won’t even know it’s there, except that you won’t be sweating. In the

Why can’t I buy SweatBlock in my local store?
We are working very hard to make SweatBlock easily available to everyone. Someday we hope to have SweatBlock in many retail outlets throughout the world. Until then, you will have to purchase SweatBlock either on this website, on Ebay, or through one of our online distributors.

Can SweatBlock be shipped to my country?
SweatBlock successfully ships to over 22 countries around the world. We do use vigorous fraud controls on our website to ensure safety and privacy for our customers. With those safeguards in place, we unfortunately cannot ship to certain countries where there is a documented high rate of fraud originating online. If you are unsure whether your country falls in this category, continue with the ordering process. If your order is declined that will be the reason.

How soon can I expect to receive my SweatBlock?
We try very hard to keep our shipping charges reasonable while committing to delivering our product to you as quickly as possible.

For domestic orders within the United States, shipping time is usually 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

For international orders transit time is usually 2-3 weeks.

To keep shipping costs low, we do not use tracking #s.

Can I use SweatBlock on other parts of my body?
This is our most frequently asked question! The answer is yes, but with these warnings. SweatBlock was developed and tested for use under the arms. We guarantee that it will keep your underarms dry. But since we started selling SweatBlock in 2004, people have been using it on their hands, feet, head, back, just about anywhere you can sweat. Most of our customers claim that SweatBlock works just as well in those areas, but we cannot guarantee success.

Do I still need an antiperspirant when I use SweatBlock?
No. Antiperspirants contain aluminum chloride which is also found in SweatBlock. Once the chemical block is formed using SweatBlock, your antiperspirants are ineffective and will only be increasing the amount of aluminum chloride on your skin. While no long term studies have ever shown harmful side effects from aluminum chloride, we believe that anytime you can limit your exposure to a chemical is a good thing.

Why do you recommend a natural deodorant for some people?
Deodorants contain no aluminum chloride. We recommend this for our customers who may still experience some odor. Though sweating has stopped, some people still experience dampness and odor emitting from the underarm skin which receives very little air during the day. Natural deodorants, such as salt crystals are effective at neutralizing the odor.

What are the ingredients in SweatBlock?
Active ingredient: 13% aluminum chloride hexahydrate Other ingredients: Water, polyoxyethylenesorbitan monolaurate, polyethylene glycol 8000, eugenol, vitamin E oil, assorted tannins and phytosterols derived from natural plant extracts, 0.15% benzoic acid for preservative.

What is your refund policy?
If SweatBlock fails to keep you dry, email us at service@notosweat.com and we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, taxes, and any fees applied. Keep up to 1 box (8 week supply) of SweatBlock, compliments of us! Once the remaining products, if any, are returned and received, we will provide your refund. This applies to purchases made on this website only and until 60 days of the purchase date. Only one refund per customer.

Why does SweatBlock have to be applied at night?
During the night, while you rest, your sweat glands are less active. This allows SweatBlock the time it needs to establish the chemical block in the sweat gland before you awaken and begin your day. Be sure to apply SweatBlock on an evening when you go to sleep before midnight.

Will SweatBlock wash off if I shower or swim?
SweatBlock will not and cannot, wash off in the shower or the pool. When you apply SweatBlock at bedtime, it has hours to form a chemical block in your sweat glands. Your sweat glands are less active at night, allowing this to happen. Once that chemical block is formed, it will not wash off. After 7-10 days it will fade away and you will begin to sweat again. Reapplying once a week will keep you sweat free all the time.

Could SweatBlock not work for me?
The most common and easily remedied problem that users may experience with SweatBlock is incorrect application. By following each step carefully, most people will find that SweatBlock will work. We find that letting your underarms air dry for 5 minutes before putting on you night clothes is a great help. If you did apply SweatBlock correctly and are still sweating it could be for one of the following reasons:

Some young adult women and menopausal women experience night sweats brought about by hormonal changes. If you experience night sweats SweatBlock may not work effectively for you.

We know that the human body is constantly changing due to biological and environmental factors. Sweat patterns can change as well. Is it possible to build up a resistance to SweatBlock?

Will SweatBlock irritate my skin?
SweatBlock was developed specifically not to irritate the skin. It is rather cool and pleasant to the touch. You may experience some tightening of the skin shortly after application.
